Panasonic GF3X with X Vario PZ 14-42mm OIS lens - £376.95 - £326.95 after cash back! @ UK Digital
This one is for those who appreciate a compact quality optically stabilised and video optimised zoom lens. Maybe £127 more than the other current GF3 offers but the lens is worth £320 on its own!
In fact the best you could get a GF3 body and the Lumix G X Vario PZ 14-42mm lens for, including the cash back of £50 on each is about £400 so this is a hot offer. Listed as £525 on Amazon!
Also great for those with a G2, G3, GH1, GH2 as you get a great additional lens for your existing camera and a almost free compact body! Being a HD lens means it is optimised for vido so pairing with a GH1/GH2 is ideal to reduce weight rather than carrying the 14-140mm lens.
Also available in red and white body versions.

As can be seen the X 14-42mm is as slim as the 20mm pancake!

What problems have you had? I ordered mine at 11:00 and received a Royal Mail tracking number at 11:45!

Actually I take that back, I was putting them in the same boat as all the other suppliers offering 3 or 5 year warranties with similar websites which are usually grey imports and dodgy customer service.
i take the point though of the compact nature of the lens
Which Olympus are you referring to? In most cases the body only would be worth more than this offer! The lens aperture is standard for the range of zoom on offer but in a size half that of anything else. The low light performance of the GF3 is better than the older GF2 and is comparable with other micro four thirds cameras. An Olympus E-P3 may have slightly better high ISO performance but the body only is £550 so can't be compared with this offer.
As pointed out, for those with a micro four thirds camera, the offer is worth it for the lens alone.

I'm not sure if you're referring to an Olympus lens or body as I can't think of either that apply, the Olympus cameras in this price category are using exactly the same sensor (the Olympus cameras offer slightly better high iso but not much) and they don't have any faster zoom lenses nor do they offer stabilised video. The GF3 PZ package is a compromise but it means you can have a zoom lens in your pocket and unlike the Nikon PZ lenses, the Panasonic lens automatically extends and retracts.
I've been using the GF3 and PZ lens since they came out and find it's a very handy combination particularly for video as the pancake lenses lack stabilisation (the Olympus IS can't be used for video and the Olympus bodies can't use the IS in the PZ lenses as there's no lens switch so it defaults to off) so when I'm out and about with the non-video capable D700 the GF3 in my pocket can capture video saving me from having to use up a slot for the GH2. To counter the poorer low light performance I stick the superb little 20mm F1.7 in another pocket as it takes up little space and means I can quickly change between the two giving a good mix of capabilities. Yes, I wish the GF3 had a better sensor but it's the smallest package of its type and that's what I need from it as alternative solutions are just too big.

But the lens itself is available for 239 (289 minus the cashback) from SRS so the price comparison is perhaps a little rosy :)

I would add that the GF3 has a later generation sensor to the GF2 and G2 which reviews say is better in low light.
However, if it's good low light performanance in a CSC you need I would look at Sony NEX.

The GF3 doesn't have a later generation sensor, it's exactly the same as the GF2 and G2 sensor (as well as the G1, GF1 and most of the Olympus cameras) although it uses a new processor. It is technically a bit better in low light in terms of less noise but there's still a noticeable softness, the 16MP multi-aspect ratio sensor in the GH2 and the 16MP sensor in the GX1 and GF3 are quite a bit better but the GX1 isn't as small or cheap as the GF3.
The Sony 16MP APS-C sensor used in the current NEX cameras is superb (also used in the Nikon D7000 and the Pentax K-5) but while the NEX bodies are very small, it doesn't have any small lens options bar the super wide 16mm pancake. There is no compact version of the 18-55mm nor is there is a compact wide aperture normal lens like the Panasonic 20mm F1.7 pancake. Which is all a shame because with a set of pancake primes it would be a superb system but as it is, the system is quite bulky.

Battery charged and a few indoor (as it is raining outside) shots taken and it seems very good.
This has to be a real bargain buy as the compact zoom lens is half the size of the normal 14-42m offering and is ideal for video.
Now I can't decide wether to keep the X lens on my GF3 or on my GH1 as the GF3 seems quite nice to use!
Don't forget you have to claim the 3 year warranty separately from the cash back claim!
Warranty here and cash back via here.

Not the best supplier though.
Well you can get £50 off that lens too... so you could say you get the lens for £240 - making the GF3 body £86 which is good, but standard to what is available at the moment (i.e. you get the GF3 for £60 equivalent to best lens price with the 14mm pancake)
Therefore this offer is still the best for anyone wanting this camera and the X Vario PZ 14-42mm lens.
I am not sure why this deal is not hotter as it is a real bargain for those who know what they are getting...... but maybe thats the problem!
