This cordless Panasonic KX-TG9140ES phone comes with a wireless monitoring camera which transfers the image it records to the phone's colour screen. The handset itself has a range of 50 metres indoors and 300m outdoors from the main base. When fully charged it provides 15hrs talk time and 240hrs on standby. 200 name and number memory can be stored in the phonebook and this Panasonic phone also keeps call logs and offers last number redial. The colour screen allows caller display so you can easily see who's calling. Text messaging is also possible from this handset.

Good idea but small screen?

Just about typical. Bought one of these with and extra handset minus the camera for £105 about a week ago. Could have bought this with an extra handset (about £50) for about the same!

FYI this is the only phone I could find with audible caller ID...check out my thread...

Hot. Reluctantly.

Remember if you bought it "distance" you have 7 working days from receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reject it under the DSR so all hope might not be lost ?

Cheers MKD. I know I should but they delivered quickly and have had good comms so I'd feel a bit guilty. I get annoyed when online companies misprice and pull out. Having said that I'd not think twice if it was Dell or HMV!

This sounds like a fab deal.

"Additionally you can combine the Panasonic 9140 with the optional Skype Adaptor and you have a complete wireless solution to talk for free over the Internet."

Just seen on Amazon.co.uk that the Skype Adaptor costs an extra £19.

Apparently, one bad point about the Skype feature is that you need to have your PC turned on to use it (previous Panasonic DECT/Skype models didn't have this restriction).

I can't find anything about this phone on the Panasonic (.com or .co.uk) websites.

Yes, excellent phone. Robust and really clear. For some reason Panasonic DECT phones just seem to work and BT ones are duff. Can't comment on the camera as I don't have one.

Once you try audible caller ID you won't want to go back to phones without it!

Panasonic KX-TGA915EXS Wireless Skype Adaptor available here for £21.75

Read this about th skype connector, which is self explanatory, but Id thought Id copy+paste just incase;
Skype connector not only requires PC to be on, but also that you select the panasonic dongle as the audio in and out device in Skype - so you have to keep changing Skype settings if you want to switch between using PC or phone for Skype calls Panasonic DECT camera (supplied for free with my order), is a bit useless as a baby monitor - it disconnects after 4 mins (according to the manual) or about every minute (in actuality) - so you either have to keep calling it, or set it up to auto-call a handset whenever there's a noise - very annoying when you don't want to monitor it...

Camera Manual is available here

Where did you find the additional 9120 handsets for phone?

Additional handset here (£39.99):

http://www.home-phones.co.uk/additional-handsets/panasonic-910-kxtga-910-es-extra-handset/

My twin set (the PANASONIC KX-TG 9152 bundle) included a KX-TG9150 (which included the skype adaptor) with an 910 additional handset. This place was the only one I could find (at the time) that did this phone (they also list through amazon) here:
