  I bought one of these last week from Comet for £257, take away the £35 cashback from Panasonic (very easy to claim online) and TCB it came to £212.52 and I could pick it up straight away from them, rather than waiting for delivery.
  
  The camera is excellent, and has exceeded my expectations. The 20x zoom is amazing and the image stabilisation is fantastic - it's very hard to take a blurry photo. It can take up to 10fps, and is much better than any bridge camera up to £300 (and a lot smaller, it will fit in your pocket as long as you're not wearing tight jeans).

  To be fair, if you have a company on eBay that ships a large amount of items per month, you will end up with a couple of disgruntled customers. Some of those neg feedbacks for the last month were unwarranted, and shipping times are mostly out of their hands.
  
  Feedback of 99.2% is pretty good, and they've been on eBay since 2003. The contact details are a shop (?) in Warrington.

  These always drop heavily a few months after release, hold out for a bit if you can. I have a TZ10 and it's brilliant, not necessarily applicable to this though

  Agreed, the fact they're even referring to it as a DMC-ZS20 suggests it's the non European version which would record at 30FPS in movie mode unlike the TZ30 25FPS (European models).... whether that's an issue or not.
  
  They're stating, amongst other things:
  
  1920 x 1080 60p Full HD Video in AVCHD Progressive Format
  60p NTSC Progressive Recording
  
  so either they've copied the info from non euro site or it is a non euro model.

  I had one today from Hong Kong.
  Why is it grey import? Arent they excatly same original cameras?
  
  There are a few missing cable in ZS20 box which TZ30 has though.
