Credit to CFS who posted an older deal last week, thought is was worth a repost as this is a different model. CFS also mentioned the idea of picking up an old machine from the scrap yard ofr checking free cycle. - big thumbs up for that.

Given the Panasonic brand I would say it would be brilliant.. They don't produce rubbish (IMO)

Use compare function on comet and only difference is the 16 model has a higher spin speed, bit of info on expired thread. All reviews I have read have been positive, avantage of higher speeds is drier clothes so better for tumble drier but higher speeds = more wear, spin speeds are adjustable anyway.
Ours comes tomorrow, had to pay for Sat delivery though

Just phoned customer services, and they said there are none in the distribution centre and no more on order from Panasonic.

What area are those who've ordered one in?
#13
I tried using another code after the PANATRADE80, it worked knocking 5% off but cancelled the PANATRADE £80 discount. Looks like you can not stack codes, can try it but check it works ok.

Just checked and no more available for delivery in our area -North Wales

Same with me, tried glos hereford and newport, no stock and same reply when phoning

nice find but its digital if that go's after 5yr's gonna cost £170 that's before labor to fix voted hot thro

Seems strange that for home delivery it is in stock but when you enter a postcode it says out of stock for home delivery

Not a bad deal, but the Panny is overpriced to start with. Nobody needs a 1600 rpm washing machine, but the manufacturers ramp up the price because of it.

If it were my money I'd spend an extra £20 and go for a Siemens also with a 5 year guarantee. The Siemens come out much better in the Which report.

Me too, i rang up and asked whether more stock will come in before the £80 off offer finishes and she said she did not know. Apparantly the £80 off is from panasonic and the lady on the phone did not know when the offer expires. I'm really annoyed i missed out because i've been away. Oh well you win some you lose some;-)

If you still want the warranty, you'll need to get from John Lewis or Panasonic stores or some retailers.
