Just wondered why the price doesn't show the VAT included and why it would have to added separately. If it was a delivery charge then it would have to be shown.
#2
That's the way the price was displayed in COSTCO. They may be some members who can reclaim VAT. I am not sure. All prices in COSTO is should before & after VAT. I dunno why.

Richer sounds have it for £249.99 so this is a little cheaper, the blu ray promotion ends on 31st january so you would need to buy it today.

Seems like a pretty good system for the price with the blu rays included

Forget 1000W RMS power. It is utterly meaningless.

and why is rms meaningless?

Well posting Costco "deals" is trying it on at the best of times as the cost of "membership" is conveniently never shown, but missing out the 40 quid VAT is just plain misleading :-(

Hi nihcaj, it has never been a trend to include Costco membership costs in the deals. At Costco the prices are displayed including of VAT and exclusive of VAT as well. This is never to mislead anyone. I have mentioned that in the heading and in the commentary.

In short:

There are much more in depth reasonings if you fancy some bedtime reading.

Listen to this amp in the deal, then listen to an amp that is capable of 5 or 7*100 "real" watts per channel and you'll get the picture. Not that I'd like to put 100 "real" watts through these speakers!!!
