Though this model has very recently been overtaken afaik the newer version is barely different (brioche setting). The SD-254 is available (elsewhere for £69.99 delivered if you don't the nut/raisin dispenser & rye bread options).

Have looked around for the best price and this seems to be it. It's not the cheapest breakmaker...granted... but it's widely regarded as being an excellent breadmaker.

- I could find no discount codes or cashback on this :(

Also available at this price (factoring in delivery) from Atlantic / HiEnergy shop

I don't often comment on deals, but I have to say that this is an amazing bit of kit. Not the kind of thing I could justify buying for myself at £100+ so I got my mum to buy us one for Christmas and we haven't bought bread since. It takes 5 minutes (tops) to pop the ingredients into the machine and the timer lets you do it in the evening and wake up to the smell of fresh bread in the morning. I seriously couldn't recommend this highly enough. If you've been thinking about getting one, do it, you won't regret it!

The price drop might be due to the new models coming out the 256 and 257, though I have no idea what they do extra.

+1. Bought 1 from Debenham for £87 and I thought that was a good price. Anyway, agree with the comments above, so easy and a perfect loaf every time. Good price, highly recommended.

I reccomend Doves Farm yeast 99p from Tesco.
Once opened store in a plastic container in the fridge. :-)
