If you're in the market for a big tv then this might be the bargain for you. I'm afraid it lacks cutting edge 3D capability and it doesn't seem to come with the Panasonic 5 year warranty that someone just posted.

But at over £15,000 off this has got to be a seriously hot deal!

Direct link:

And a good review:

I've ordered one for the toilet.

Not a TV. just a display; so you'll have to stump-up another £10-15 for an SD freeview box at the very least.

Jokes aside though... one craking tv for any potential lottery winner. I have mine for this friday and saturday... fingers crossed !!

I was going to get this one but was annoyed to find its not compatible with the VESA mount I grabbed from home bargains last week, and the stand looks old-fashioned! :(
#17
Cold, if you have the room for this TV - you should have a dedicated cinema room with 1080p projector with 7.1 surround sound. It will be much much cheaper than this

Is this portable, does it have a carrying handle, so I can move it from the bedroom to the kitchen if I wanted to, or to the kids room for them to watch some VHS movies?
#19
Gonna cost a fortune to run this beast:-

Power Supply AC 220 - 240 V, 50/60 Hz
Power Consumption 1,500 W

i actually have this TV. I had to have one of the walls removed in the building before it could get in, super picture in HD. However it lacks HDMI and port density, have since bought a pioneer box to plug everything in.

BTW no freeview tuner either :p

How much is delivery?
#22
I believe these were the original NDS prototype screens but were ruled-out as they reduced the battery life to < 1nanosecond.

Exactly, and capable of 3D (I presume) (_;)

However, if you've recently completed a shopping mall in Southern Asia i've no doubt this will be the star attraction :{

"Please note there are extra charges included with this screen please call our sales team for details"

I take it they mean medical bills when you default on your payments and they send the boys round.

Or, get a Projector to do the same thing and spend the rest on cake and hookers

Or, just forget about the projector and cake.
#38
Mehh Rip off, id rather build a pc with ATI eyefinity running 6 HD projectors giving you an effective resolution of 5,760 x 2,160. It would still only cost you a fraction of the cost, but you would need one seriously big wall to display it on. lol
#39
I'm buying four - as wallpaper for my living room.....having a full-blown projector screen is so last year! And yes...I am MINTED.
#40
As well as being completely ridiculous, it isn't even a good deal. Why would anyone vote hot? Freezing cold.
