It looks like it's only in white though.

The Panasonic TX-L37D28BW is a great 37inch LED television that has a two built high definition digital tuners, Freeview-HD and freesat HD. The Panasonic TX-37D28 is a stylish 37inch LED TV featuring a sophisticated an chic looking silver cabinet. The high quality design reflects the high level of picture quality that is fully expected from Panasonic.

A key and attractive feature of the Panasonic TX-L37D28 is that it is part of a revolutionary range of LED televisions that incorporate the new Freeview-HD digital tuner. Freeview-HD is a new digital service that provides free access to the free to view stations from the BBC and ITV. Until now the HD channels have only be available via a satellite dish of fibre optic cable. Freeview-HD is the first digital service provider that has been able to transmit HD signals via a standard external aerial. The Freeview HD tuner in the Panasonic TX-L37D28BW works thanks to improvements on transmitters and the digital switch over. If the digital switch over has not taken place in your area yet do not worry, you can still receive the free HD channels from the BBC and ITV using the freesat tuner that is built in to the Panasonic TX-L37D28. The freesat HD tuner in the Panasonic TX-L37D28BW 37inch LED works in a slightly different way to Freeview-HD it is still contract and subscription fee free, but you do require a satellite dish in order to receive channels. The freesat HD tuner offers the same range of free HD channels, but there are also channels that are not available on Freeview, including CNN and the Horror Zone.

The Panasonic TX-L37D28 LCD TV also features the IPS panel which is known for its wide viewing angle and outstanding light transmittance, is has now been further enhanced with a bright, energy-saving LED backlight. Images on the Panasonic TX-L37D28 do not fade when viewed at an angle, making this Panasonic LCD TV a great option for a living room. The LED backlight technology on the Panasonic TX-L37D28 produces a higher contrast than in previous IPS models in spite of using less power, therefore the it is great if you are looking to make savings on your electricity bill.

The Panasonic TX-L37D28 is also great for fast moving scenes as they are displayed sharply and clearly. With a 100Hz technology and the increase in frames per second the Panasonic TXL-37D28 produces natural frame by frame and ultra smooth footage.
The Panasonic TX-L37D28 also gives you the opportunity to enjoy Internet content from the comfort of your living room on this large 37inch screen thanks to Panasonic fs renowned VIERA CAST technology. With VIERA CAST technology on the Panasonic TX-L37D28 you can check the weather, sport results, and more with the easy-to-use Web interface that is built into this affordable LED TV.

Very nice TV!

Only if it was under £400 (can't go beyond £400 at the moment & only up to 37" size models). I would snap it up.

1 irritating issue is that when you want to switch channels, if you need to go to the menu/guide, then the channel you are watching is off, and what you get is the guide page with the channel list.

So while in my old TV , the guide channel operated like a teletext, in here it just switches off the channel, you can't even continue hearing it.
Another aspect that is happening is that, when watching some old prog , they just seem to be running faster !!! Not sure if I need to set it to 50hz instead of 100hz or something, but it is really annoying when a good old movie becomes some sort of benny hill episode !!!

My advice, get a normal LCD with freeview HD, check it in the shop or look for a video review of it, and with whatever you save, get a good SAT HD receiver, and in a couple of years, get a back lit LED and not an edge lit LED.

It really looks very .... cheap, when you screen is black and you can see the edge lit LED effect.

Picture wise,it is crisp, try to go for a 32 or max a 37 but don't go over with an LED, to crisp an image that if any bigger it starts to show less attractive aspects.

More blurr the larger it gets, so if you can do with a 32, go for it.

You can get this same TV in a 32 for a 100£ less.
