More than £100 cheaper than internet retailers - with 5 year warranty

Comet have already taken £280.00 off their previous price, making this cheaper than even internet-only retailers (it's the same as the L42D25B). Nearest price is ElectroCentre at £799.99. According to the Panasonic website you can extend the warranty up to 5 years in an offer that started today (http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Dealers/Viera+5+Year+Warranty/Viera+5+Year+Warranty+T%26Cs/2334117/index.html). They list Comet as a participating retailer.

So the procedure is this:

Reserve after going through Quidco
Go to Comet store and endure in-store demonstration by some spotty erk
Purchase TV and fill in and send Panasonic form
Wait for the 3% Quidco to roll into your account
Smile and enjoy a top-rated edge-lit LED Panny

Hope this helps someone!

I am a new with Quidco, I was wondering how do you go about with claiming back the 3%. Do I need to open an account with Quidco and give them my bank account. Do I need to send them my proof of receipt?

I bought this TV a couple of months ago from John Lewis for £900 and have to say that I am very, very pleased with this set. This is a great price!

The fact that it has built in Free Sat as well as freeview is a bonus. Further to this, by simply plugging in a hard drive in one of the USB slots you can record and pause live TV etc.

No, you need to log in to Quidco and click through to the Comet website, then place your order. I doubt they will accept anything claimed retrospectively.
