The price of this plasma is up and down like a yo-yo at the moment, this seems a good price for anybody thats not bothered about a 5 year warranty.
Personally i'm holding out for John Lewis to reduce their price soon.

Great TV this got it to replace an old Panny 29", 749 from Costco with 5 yr warranty back in the summer. Sound a bit flat on its own better off getting an amp or all in one dvd/speaker package to make the most of it

Yeah its a cracking plasma this one, i,m kicking myself for missing the JL deal a few weeks ago at £629 with a 5 year warranty.
I think its only a matter of time before JL buckle again and reduce.

We've just set up our new one from Amazon. We're really chuffed with it and it looks great on the new stand too! Haven't had a problem with sound at all but then I'm not that much of an expert on these sorts of things.

I'm itching to get me one of these..........

How does this 5 yr guarantee work ? is it via Panasonic themselves or via the Supplier ?

I've tried to have a quick google, but can't find anything.... ?

Ordered a 42G20 from JL 2 weeks ago for £599, went up to £629 then £699 but will be back down to £600 or hopefully below within the next 28 days.
Been looking for 3 months now so worth waiting a bit longer if you want it cheaper.
