Excellent deal - bit confused I have the TV in my basket, the blu-ray player and the 7" sony digital photo frame and it's coming to £639.19 ??
If only I had the money, or the need for it, to go through and buy it.
Seems a cracking deal for those 3 things especially at my price of £639 :w00t:
... and a copy of Avatar, this really is tempting.

Just noticed something in the HDTV Test review that I found strange

This display does not feature a very effective anti-glare filter, and its on-screen images become slightly grey when faced with strong ambient light. Although it certainly doesn’t require a fully dark room, we specifically recommend against installing the Panasonic TX-P50S20B in a room where strong light will be present much of the time, such as in a conservatory.

I would've thought the S20 far enough up the range to have an AR filter on it

What frame?

The "SONY DPFD72NB.CEK"
If you click the "go to deal" link for the TV, it is advertised at the top of the page
COMET
"Get a FREE Sony 7" digital photo frame, worth £79.99, when you buy this TV. The frame will be added to your basket automatically. You can also get a FREE blu-ray player by simply ticking the Add to Order button below the TV image.".

I then scrolled down to the blu-ray player on the same page, ticked the check box for "add to my order" then clicked either buy online or collect from store, didn't matter which.
Then added the "6399AW" code and voila.. £639.19 (excluding delivery).

Very hot! I'm after something a bit bigger unfortunately otherwise I'd have gone for this TV without hesitation, G10 is a great TV! As it stands I'm waiting for a 46"/50" G20 or S20 - hopefully something comes up soon!
#14
ITS DEFNIATELY ONLY £639.19! Make sure you add the blu ray player seperately on the add items bit and apply the discount code for 6% off! Plus 3% quidco so alltogether about £620!

OP should edit the post to reflect the price being lower - you'll get more heat!

It'll be just a 1 year warranty, and PWM noise is pulse-width modulation.

The pixel brightness in a plasma display is varied by turning it on and off thousands of times a second. The longer it stays on for each of these brief instants, the brighter the pixel. If you charted the controlling voltage pulses on a graph, they would look like a square wave for a 50% duty cycle. Increasing the "width" of the on-time increases the pixel brightness, hence the term pulse width modulation.

You might see shimmering pixels, depending on viewing distance and your receptivity to it. It's nothing really to worry about though.

Thanks Khama

Shame its only12 months !! could be a deal breaker for me ;-((((

Red hot for me and defo goes through as £639.19

It seems they have made a mistake with the blu-ray as it deducts £20 just for adding it free ...

Got mine reserved for collection at store

Big thanks OP

Stonkingly hot deal.

So good that I'd buy one 'just because' if it wasn't way too big for my lounge.

#36
Has anyone been to pick there's up?

I'm being asked to pay £670 something. Basically the Blu Ray as +20 not -20.
I hadn't been able to print my confirmation so couldn't argue, but going back with it.
Just wondered if anyone else has experienced it?
#37

Would have been the same for me, I had the print off so they played about and got it down to £639.19

Excellent deal, picked mine up yesterday evening although at first they wouldn't honour the discount code on my reserve & collect (said it was a cracked discount code so where only willing to do it at £680) managed to get them back down and picked up the tv, blu-ray player and pic frame for £640!!

Nice one OP H&R added
#40
Has any one had there confirmation email yet for delivery, i havent, the order is still showing unconfirmed too. im starting to think they may not honour the delivered ones,
