42" HD Ready (720) plasma TV just £449 including delivery.

I ordered yesterday for delivery next week. It's just been replaced but the new model desn't seem to offer anything much over this one.

I was seriously tempted but having looked at reviews of PRC they appear to be terrible! Think I might wait for a more reliable seller!
Shame really want a new TV!

HOT!!!

Fantastic TV, you wont find a better TV for the money. Only 720p, but it will blow most 1080p LCD's out of the water in terms of picture quality with SD and HD.

If you have a limited budget and need 42", forget the 1080p BS Hype and get this TV!

Well all I need PRC to do is get the TV to me in one piece & within their specified time frame. I've already had their promised phone call to confirm details of the order & that it is in stock. Any service issues I will address with Panasonic's own approved service centres, who should offer a free call-out for warranty.

Having said that, this will be my 3rd Panasonic plasma & (frantically searches for piece of wood) I've had no issues with any of them.

I believe you can also collect from their store in Ilford, Essex if you're close enough & have a big enough car.

so many people love these tv's, and i know its not integral but personally i think they offer the least attractive bezel out of any of the bigger name manufacturers, also some weird lag goes down on my friends only on fifa though..

It's plain yes. i actually quite like the simple minimal industrial design. It just looks like a TV. I personally think the gash over styled likes of Samsung will look dated quite quickly, with the the daft lights etc. Performance is what counts though.

As for input lag, thats odd. Panasonic Plasma's have very low input lag so im not sure whats going on there mate.
