Great TV, bought one myself and thought I'd got a bargain at £1100! When you factor in Costco's great customer service and the 5 year warranty this must be the cheapest this TV has ever been.

VERY Hot - I got this around £1100 - Love the Costco customer service and the 5yr warranty is second to none!
#2
good price - voted hot
#3
good price, but I think if your spending that much on a TV nowadays you expect in to be 3D
#4
Is this inc or exc VAT?
#5
Sorry, should have said. This price includes VAT, £699.99 excluding.
#6
It's 959.98 inc VAT at Costco at the moment - 799.99 plus VAT
#7
Just use the voucher booklet instore or say at the till to get the £100 off.

I paid over £1000 for this about 80 days ago from Costco...wonder if I can get a full refund with their 90 day no quibble and then buy it again?! I'd save nealry £200 and get my second hand one swapped with a new one!

Mind you, mine does not buzz like many seem to so no doubt I'd end up with a 'buzzer' if I did this.

It's a shame they don't sell the V20 or VT20 coz I could upgrade from my G20 quite cheaply...

I got this booklet today and was disappointed to see this TV in. I was hoping and expecting the 42" to be included re they need to get rid of stock before March.
Anyone know if the price has been reduced in Costco for the 42G20 ?

Chrisssssssssssss You obviosuly could get a refund and buy again. I actually asked if I could buy the 32" and return it on the 89th day for no other reason than buying it again at lower price if it were reduced.
The reply was you can return on the 90th day FULLSTOP.
p.s. take it back and get a new one and IF it buzzes then take it back - ideally close to 90 days. 5yr 6 months warranty.

I doubt very much you would get a refund.

TBH i think this is a cold deal - at this sort of money you'd assume it will have 3D

Looking at the times the posts were made, Maggy may have already clicked reply before you had posted.

Both good deals.

Because its not a reason to vote this deal cold. There is no better tv at this price for non 3D viewing at 50 inches. TV's with 3D at this price range will not be as good in terms of normal viewing in both SD and HD at all, period.

Does anyone know how good Costco are at giving refunds these days? they used to be amazing for it. i took a Nikon camera and kit back after two years for a no quibble refund a couple of years back...

Basically, i have a two year old brilliant Pioneer but im moving. i would love the money back :-)

5yr 6 months warranty.

We sell Panasonic TVs at work, the 5 year warranty is only valid with TVs bought before 1st of Feb (unless Pan extend it.. again.)
Assuming the warranty is with Panasonic and not Costco.

I think they have are being more frugal of late according to my CostCo receptionist friend.
Still a great company to buy from though!

two links trying to say this deal sucks, not one has 5 year warranty, and none are in stock, so your point is mute,

What an excellent typo :-)
That is a malapropism I believe; and a good one at that.

omg that Argos deal is well cheap, cheaper to buy a 50" than 42" or 46", think my lounge too small though what viewing distance with a 50"?
#35
how much are costco doing the 42" for is there a deal on that too?
#36
RicardoTheMerciless - Costco do NO Quibble refund - spot on!
ThrownRob - I meant he returns first tv at 90 days for his refund because price reduced. He then buys again and returns this after another 90days for buzzing. He then buys third TV and decides enough messing - He has TV with 5yr Warranty plus 180 days re other two TV's Not sure what you are saying re warranty BUT this will come with 5 yr warranty from Costco.

SpudGunner I think RFC means a deal like at Christmas - 42G20 available with 5yr warranty for £500!
#37
argh yes wish I had got that. Want to get a new telly for my 40th Birthday next month. The wife has just told me NO to a 50" though so prob looking at 42" realistically which will still be a fair bit bigger than our 28" CRT.

Are there any sites that constantly check prices on tv's and let you know by email when they drop?
