No u cant discount is for only online not in-store LOL
So how do you go about getting it for £784.99 with a 5 year warranty? Do you buy online then go into a Co-op to get a form?

No
I want the 42" one but just waiting for the price to go down abit. JL are doing it with free 5 year warranty.
What is it like with sports and fast action movies? People says its only 100hz and that i should get 200hz but does it matter?
What do you mean by banding problems?
Thanks

It is great with fast action, especially HD stuff.
The banding. If you have a scene with a great expanse of one colour, particularly a stationary scene, you can see faint irregularly spaced darker stripes down the screen. It is noticeable (for instance) on the Sky Movies promo thing where they show lots of movie styles panning across. It is also sometimes noticeable when watching football because of the large areas of green. I kind of have to de-focus my eyes to see them, a bit like when you try and do one of those magic eye pictures! TBH 99% of the time I don't notice them but some people are funny about that kind of thing.

Thanks for the reply buddy I appreciate it.
I will be watching movies but I want to spend up to about £600 maximum and want it to have a brilliant picture. I am not too bothered about 3D but I just want it there to show people that I have it lol even if it's passive as it will be cheaper than an active 3D TV.
Ah right so that's the issue with it, but every tv has it's issues so I think I might just got for it or wait for the post xmas sales and see if I can get a better deal.
Cheers Pal
