Hi guys!

I don't know if this deal is national or only store specific - Cardiff.

On Amazon the same TV is for £829 without 5 years warranty.

Specification for TV:
VIERA Full HD LED LCD TV
Freeview HD & Freesat HD Built-in
IPS LED LCD
Intelligent Frame Creation Pro
Dynamic Contrast 2,000,000:1
Wide Viewing Angle with IPS Panel
VIERA CAST
VIERA Image Viewer (Photo and Video)

HDTV review:

"Given that other LED side-lit products have exhibited severe screen uniformity issues, something which the Panasonic TX-L42D25 is free of, this makes it a strong contender in this category. "

I bought one of these after returning my G20 due to crappy gaming performance. The L42D25B seems much better for games and is still great for movies and TV. Standard def performance isn't amazing but HD content looks superb. Avforums article here:

I paid £750 a few months ago for mine. This is a good price

5 year warranty too.Would challenge anybody to beat this price. Could almost be tempted to join Costco to get one of these.

I will admit to being a fan of Costco but just look at their grantee, 90 days to return your products and get your money back. Then a 5 year warranty, I’ve had TV’s from them before that needed repair, the guy that came out told me they have £100 budget to fix, so if it costs more than that you take the TV back and they refund your full money. Most 5 year warranties are done by 3rd party companies now and all of those are nowhere near as good as Costco’s

Ooh, I'd like one of these for £480, please, amazon, currys, comet!

None in Edinburgh, just called.

Just bought last one from Gateshead store (they sold 5 today!) :)
#9
None in Chester, so it looks store specific.

Thanks for this, been looking for a replacement for my Sony NX503 which couldn't be repaired. Well pleased to have a 5 year guarantee. I phoned Milton Keynes at lunch when they had 5 left, when we got there we had one of two left (unless some out the back)

Rang around loads of stores. OOS everywhere, inc Milton Keynes - sounds like they were just getting rid of discontinued stock. :(

Crappy gaming performance with the G20? I've not had any issues with mine at all, better than any other tv i've had for gaming?
