Just picked up a 32 inch Panasonic in ASDA store Leyton, and seems like a good deal. The specs are listed in http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/130804/panasonic-tx-32lxd69a-32-inch-lcd-t/

Those specs are for other model. Are believe that ASDA will give 100Hz TV for 300 quid ?? lol

Bad points:
1 HDMI
50 Hz
No VReal2 engine

I'm preffer for 300 quids something better, like Samsung 32" HD LCD TV LE32B350:
2 HDMI
SRS Sound
Wide Colour Enhancer 2 engine

Or Toshiba Regza C Series 32'' 32C3031 HD Ready Freeview Widescreen LCD TV

Panasonics are in a different league to Samsung and Toshiba, far better TV's...forget the spec, look at the overall quality.

Voted HOT.

Like saying you'd prefer a 1.8litre KIA to a 1.4 Golf.

I thought Panasonic were the top brand for LCD tv's and most reliable.

On a personal note I'd go for something a little bigger if you can afford it.

This one seems fine for £300.

i was going to post this! Picked one up in the Asda in Ellesmere Port - there were 2 out and the other one was bought at the same time by someone else.
I've seen the price display thing on the shelf for this for the last few weeks but they were always out of stock, so it looks like they may have these in & out on an ad-hoc basis.
H & R to OP - don't know a great deal about the differnces between LCD tellys but for £300 for a Panasonic I think this deal is sweet.
