Where are all the bad reviews I only see 4 reviews and one mentions having to buy longer screws the others are positive? Thinking of buying and selling my Panton S chairs as they are too bulky for my space x
So many issues.... Wrong screws, wrong washers, damaged legs, poor customer service, not very stable!

I've got them... Avoid like the plaque!

An electric toothbrush and some good oral hygiene should soon sort that!
Any suggestions on where to get a similar table to match?

ordered sometime ago and the chairs in the finish are great. but customers service was poor. we ended up with 12 chairs in the finish instead of the 8 we ordered. it worked out in the end and customer service team did resolve
the screws they send are not right. none of them fit.. .
Cheap junk. Get the real ones.
Ah, I was looking for 4 white tables. Typical.

Screws were definitely too short.... 25mm screws needed.

Is anyone having difficulties actually putting them together? I've tried and the screw doesn’t seem to be long enough to be able to attach to the actually chair. Any advice? Anyone facing the same problem?
Did you remove those plastic caps off each hole underneath the chair Base? Also if I remember, weren't there 2 different lengths screws supplied. There is a little small grey washer with a gap in it. Its sort of springs up when you push it on. You just have to push the screw down and use the allen key to screw it on a bit. Do this with each hole and then tighten everything up after all the screws are in.
I removed the little black things. All the screws are the same length. The washer you mentioned.... do i just put that on; does the gap close? I cant get it to reach the hole so there is no chance of tightening it!
I had exactly the same problem with these chairs purchased from P and N. If you follow the visual instructions supplied the bolts supplied are not long enough.
I ended up buying some longer bolts from local hardware store which cost me an extra £8 (this was for 10 chairs so 40 bolts) but given the original cost of the chairs this seemed a small price to pay to get them built and in use.
other than this very happy with chairs and service from P and N, very well packaged and delivered well ahead of expected date

What length screws did you buy? Looks like I am going to have to buy some. Like the other person have messaged them but no reply and dont hold much faith that they will.

dont know exact length (only bought the 40 I needed, no spares, and all chairs now built) but they were maybe 10mm longer than those supplied.

I just took the originals to local hardware store and showed them and they produced a couple of longer versions, with normal screw driver head rather than allen key, and one looked a bit too long so I went with the shorter of the two.

It sounds like they have sent the wrong screws to you. I do remember the screws being very neat when fitting. I had held down the washer with the split in it to stop if springing off and was able to tighten the metal work onto the seat base. I used all fittings and followed the diagram in the instructions. Have you got someone else who can look at it for you? Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes might notice something. If all else fails, contact the p&n. Let me know how you get on. Good luck :)
Their internet isn't working apparently
That doesn't give people a lot of faith in their company with an excuse like that. If that's the case, ring them instead of email. Sure, they don't need the Internet to post some screws. Love to hear how they answer that.

They told me they would phone me back when the internet was fixed - this was yesterday morning and I'm still waiting for the call. And I'm missing two chairs not just screws
