Could you please explain why this is a "Terrible Company"?.
I think it would be beneficial to other Hukd members if you could elaborate.

Where can I buy genuine PANDORA jewellery in the UK?
We recommend that all PANDORA jewellery is purchased from an official retailer so that you can be sure of the quality of the jewellery, excellent customer service and after sales care.

All UK official PANDORA retailers are listed here on our website store locator and our online retailers are listed below:

http://www.acotisdiamonds.co.uk
http://www.argento.co.uk
http://www.beadazzle.co.uk
http://www.emsonhaig.com
http://www.estore.pandora.net
http://www.giftandwrap.co.uk
http://www.houseoffraser.co.uk
http://www.hughrice.co.uk
http://www.johngreedjewellery.co.uk
http://www.joshuajamesjewellery.co.uk
http://www.mococo.co.uk
http://www.steffans.co.uk
http://www.swaguk.co.uk
http://www.thbaker.co.uk
http://www.thejewelhut.co.uk
http://www.whittakersjewellers.co.uk

Unfortunately due to the quality and popularity of PANDORA jewellery we have become the subject of counterfeiters. By buying from an official retailer you can be confident of purchasing genuine jewellery. http://www.pandora.net/en-gb/pandora-company/faq_uk/officialonlineretailers

I've ordered twice with this company - once in sterling and once direct through Ireland company in euros. No problems whatsoever and arrived promptly and beautifully packaged.

I'm not sure, but just spotted on the website it says 52,54 and 56 are the most common ring sizes... I'm looking for a gift and might play it safe and go for the 54!

I paid £70 for a ring and 2 crystals fell out within 3 months. I took it back and was told this is costume jewellery and not to be worn everyday!! I wish I had just got a £2.99 ring now. Wont buy Swarowski again - be warned.

It says that Product no longer available on their website

Tell me about it, I hate it when people say a company is bad but don't specify how or why :(

I ordered a Pandora charm and bracelet off them earlier this year, they're lovely but they're not genuine Pandora. Won't use them again. Maybe the comments above are from people with similar issues?

I wouldn't say it's a terrible company, for me it was a good service I got what I wanted but the PayPal got charged twice and it took me almost 4 months to get my money back other than that the products were great.

Its what it says on the Pandora site... I'd probably trust Amazon purely because I do most of my online shopping on it, but wouldn't know where it's Pandora stock came from if its not authorised.

Because they're selling counterfeits, not genuine Pandora.

I don't trust any online site when it comes to Pandora, simply because I've been scammed by one of their "official" stockists.

I bought from Republic of jewels last year, my charm came after 2 weeks, it had the S925 ALE genuine pandora stamp box and bag, it was even retailing at full price on the pandora site, I bought another and took to the pandora shop and exchanged it for another charm saving me £25 - My mum in la ordered from them hers too said S925 ALE and we both just ordered the pandora postage charm stamp from £35 to £10.50 (it's on pandora for £19) - I only have positive things to say about them!

That seems really strange when Pandora themselves confirmed to me they are genuine stockists.
#27
I've also had them confirmed by pandora staff, they are not on the 'authentic' list because they are based in Iteland! My charms from Republic of jewels are threaded with S925 ALE, something that you'll not be if they weren't genuine, like I said I had staff in our pandora shop confirm they are genuine! Its each to their own, just giving my opinion having shopped with them :)

This company is slow with delivery mine took 3 weeks to come and they don't send out email confirmation but when I did get my pandora things from them I was extremely happy and they are 100% genuine x

ordered this while they had stock. now they email today saying they have none left and will refund the money in 3-5 days. Wonderful, they keep my money for nearly 3 weeks.
