I loved this film, I watched the theatrical version before might buy this to see the other edit. I am still seething about the HMV Beats Pro/Studio Debacle and I am considering boycotting them because of that so will have to wait and see!

What did HMV do then?

According to their T&C's they did nothing wrong. They have been running a 15% off headphones over £50 promo, but they have gone through on several occasions and heavily discounted Beats by Dr Dre Headphones.

Over 50 of us ordered them at £140 thats £210 of retail and then they honoured only one order as fair as we know. First they said it was a promo with very limited stock, then they said it was a misprice.

And then we started phoning up Customer Services and Complaints Department to find out details, the staff were stone-walling. Then once we had more details the people answering the phones got very rude and started to hang up on us!

When reading the cancellation emails we realised what they were doing, it was just a stunt to hype up their website and get loads of people ordering the headphones hopefully alongside other items when they had no intention of honouring the orders on the headphones. Now they have almost been spamming me with newsletters about promos and discounts since they cancelled the order!

A very poor show on their account, very dubious practises! I thought HMV were above these cheap sales tactics.

jesus that is shocking. I hate how big business hide away there terms and conditions knowing fine well it will impact on the consumer.
