You have missed that there is a collect charge of £10 for this service, which would come to £21.97 minimum order which is not good in my opinion, the only way people are going to benefit from this is if they are sending more than 5 items.

Just done a dummy order to see the minimum and total came to £22.29

New customers can also get £4 cashback via quidco and topcashback

I'm more interested in the 10% off. How does that work then?

only used once & will never use again.

they made me go through the rigmorol of printing photos & sending them recorded, getting a letter from the reciever saying it arrived damaged only for them to say that because it hadnt been signed for as parcel damaged then there was nothing they would do!

so if you do use, just sign for everything as damaged!

Parcel 2 go is an agent which uses DHL and others. Can be unreliable in my experience. Don't expect anything when things have gone wrong or a packet is missing. You can't directly communicate with DHL, you always have to go through Parcel 2 Go, which is a pain. I would not use them again.

The way to do it: sign and write the word "unchecked" just obove your signature. This way you can make a claim later after you have discovered the damage.

Instruct your client that when there is damage visible on the outside of the package, to ask the driver to fill-in a damage report and keep a copy.

I totally agree. PARCEL2GO is a company to avoid. I've used them quite a few times, when things go wrong, you will face a battle to get any result. There's a claim form on their website, I filled in the claim form, and got nothing from them, no reply, no follow up. In the end, I just gave up.

Now I juse P4D.co.uk, same format as Parcel2go, but their customer service is miles better. You can actually speak to a person, even email correspondence is quick. Once I sent a parcel to France, and the delivery time was over their listed time period. I emailed them, quoted the overtime, and they paid a penalty fee to me straigtaway.
