Heat for the deal but if it's only got 1 battery you have to wait an hour for recharge.

I think for d.i.y use, 1 battery should be ok, 2 would have been ideal.

Might be able to buy extras, as i remember in previous parkside tool deals, posters did give links to purchase from.

But will the carry case have space for spare battery?

Which is bloody good when you consider others are 2-3 hours.

these may sell out quick so maybe try and grab one tonight, as stock may be available before they close, they sometimes get next day stock out night before.

Different horses for courses. If I were to choose 1 SDS drill, I'd probably agree (as I have a cordless hammer drill which is ideal for smaller masonry jobs, and the Titan for the occasional concrete fence post/lintel).
However, I have had to use the Titan up a ladder before, and hulking 5kg of Drill up and then trying to drill with it 20 ft up is not particularly confidence boosting!!

The product seemed to be brilliant.. eats through proper bricks nice and light to work with... but alas on my 9th hole it started to jump out of the hammer action no repair or replacement facility I would stick to De Walt and not risk ant Lidl products with the badge
