Please do.

Good price especially if you're buying other stuff from them.
Quidco is 1% I think.

I've added delivery cost already to the main section.

Still a great price at £30 and the usual price for this RAM on Aria is £30.49 before postage.

Would you be more specific? What motherboard and what cpu have you got?Is it sempron or athlon, what socket (if 754 or 939 - will not work, if Am2 - yes).
If you have difficulties to get the information, download and install PC Wizard 2008 (here)

No, will not work with your board.
#12
Check the motherboard manufacturers web page. Usually for each board they have a 'compatibility list' which shows CPU and RAM brands which work with the board. Or email their technical support - or look at the manual. The compatibility info may also be in there (although more up to date info is likely to be on the website).

I'm just waiting for someone to find a Hotdeal on some 8GB DDR2 800 (2 x 4GB). That stuff seems to be like gold dust, but it's much better than having 4 x 2GB.
#14
Remember that if you add other stuff the delivery is most likely gonna rocket to the £8 citylink one... So if you buy an HDD + memory the delivery costs are insane - aria products usually work out cheap and if your buying a large order then the delivery is perfectly acceptable, but for 1 or 2 smaller priced items, it just throws it out of whack.

In 1995 a 4Mb upgrade cost me £180 so this is a bargain.

;-)

Please note that you need 2.2v on your motherboard to run this properly !!!

(a lot of motherboards can't run this high so check compatibility before you purchase as this otherwise it will not work properly as intended)

This is excellent memory, I have it running at 945 at 4-4-4-12 2T at 2.2v. It also does 1000 at 5-5-5-15 2T at 2.2V.

I'm not voting hot or cold as it's been at this price online for a while now.

Guessing this RAM isn't going to be any good (or as good as it can be) in a Dell Vostro 200 then....anyone know?

Seems the Vostro 200 has a FoxConn G33M02 Motherboard in it with a 250w or 300w PSU.
#18
this is the price it been for ages and would check that its compatible with your board because loads of boards dont like it my asus board didnt like it nor did a foxconn that i had so i had to get rid better off with some other make dont just assume it will work one thing i will say is that the patriot support was excellent responding to questions within the hour.

For those that it does work for its highly overclockable.
#19
It's very unlikely it will work on the budget Dells, 2.2v is quite high voltage only generally available on the high end motherboards.

This is overclocking memory, and would be sort-off pointless on budget Dells 'especially' when you have 4GB already.
