I've seen this coat and it is very dark. Agree black is more neutral but navy looks great...

I lay drains in deep trenches, almost exclusively (as luck would have it) during severe inclement weather.

I'm not convinced that this is appropriate work attire.
Heated up anyway as it might 'suit' my boss.
