Think id rather pay £7.50 a month for 3gb on the half price 3 mobile bb offer on here rather than almost £100 or over £8 a month for only the equivalent of 1gb per month.....

Granted may be handy for people with credit problems assuming they CPW dont credit vet you for this

I have great credit. But if I stay in a hotel 4-5 times a month, I'd rather own my modem and have the 12gb to use, as I wish, instead of paying for home broadband and phone package and an extra £7.50 a month for something I wouldn't much use.

The purchase is one off, and pay-as-you-go afterwards so credit checking is a moot point.

Cheers.

I'm not arguing, maybe I'm missing something.........Why cold?

I'm asking for everyone else whom will read this and wonder why.

And besides, if you don't use it, you don't lose it. Plus, the modem is free.

It's cold because 12GB for £97.86 is poor value,

You don't have to take a 5GB £7.34 deal on the other post, you can take a 1GB £4.89 deal instead. This way you'll get 18GB spread across the contract term, for £88.02 plus the £10 acc voucher and quidco too.

Even if you wanted to upgrade midterm (say for arguments sake, after 6 months), it would only cost an additional £29.40 for 5GB for the remaining 12 months.

Also, the cost is spread over the term of the contract, so no big initial outlay. (Oh, and most of the modems on the 3 deal are free too!)

Might seem good to some people, but definitely cold to me!

The last three network offer I saw and took up wasnt reliant on having any other services from 3 so works out a better offer than this pay and go offer for the majority

Ok, good answer, like I said, others will want to know the difference, I didn't know that the modems were free with the other account..........Thank you.

No problem - I hope I didn't appear to be arguing either, as that certainly wasn't intended!! :)

No, if we don't debate, we don't learn. I'm buying the one you suggested.............actually, I just looked for the 3GB offer, and it's now £15.00 a month !

Am I missing something?............was that a special offer?

Cheers. !

I agree there are better rates, but as a solution for my granny who has limited computer skills which we can buy on the spot and just plug in, it sounds perfect and happy to pay the £3 a month extra for convenience
