probably for 10-20 pounds more this one would be a better option since the one posted by you has a resistive screen:

I know it is not a great phone esp. when you can get ZTE Blade AKA Orange San Francisco by spending about £20-£30 more.

This is the cheapest price for this handset, hence the deal.

not voted anyway ;)

Tesco doing it for £69.97 inclusing £10 e voucher....

525mhz processor isnt too bad but (i know its not your fault as its plays specs) it doesnt run the "latest" version of android. 2.1 (eclair) doesnt allow for moving apps to sd so the limited memory on this device will be a pain. Good price for an entry level handset but worth bearing in mind that android gets a whole lot better.

i wouldnt even consider one of these till android v3 is out on them too many bugs look at the ipad2 coming out cause so many probs...

what bugs? :S

Don't think it is a particularly good deal considering the current price of the Blade which is a superior phone, for what is 10 pounds more. It may be the cheapest price for this phone, but given the very real alternative of a Blade, dont think its a deal.

As jaybear said, what bugs? If you've going to wait for Android 3.0 (honeycomb) to come out on this you'll be waiting quite a while!

Android 3.0 is primarily geared for the Tablet market which is gathering pace with Blackberry Playbook, LG Optimus Pad and other's on their way, although it's not to say Android 3.0 won't be used for Smartphones. I've just brought an Xperia X8 that was on offer here via HKUD this week, an excellent purchase for £40, and well worth it as you can upgrade to Android Eclair 2.1 from 1.6 which came installed..

I had looked at this phone as well had the Xperia offer not come up..

So you've basically admitted the deal you have posted isn't actually a very good one? Interesting!

The deal is good for the price, but if you can spend £30 more than there is much better phone out there.

i Love how every "decent" mobile that gets posted is compared to the Orange San Fran, yes its a better phone BUT FOR MORE MONEY. People may not be willing to spend the extra 20-30 quid for it.
For a lot of deals on here people compare it to other items for more money which people may not have/willing to spend.
For £67 this is a nice phone and a hot deal.

When something costs 20% more but is 200% better the argument is over.

Idiot. If thats the attitude of some people on this website, why bother posting a phone deal at all sub £100 if all idiots like yourself will compare it to a dearer (yes its better BUT DEARER) phone. Some people cant afford/ dont wanna spend the extra couple of quid, simple.
