a33aa33a

We’re back and we brought some friends with us. Meet these five incredible cross-platform games, available now in the Humble Bundle for Android #3! (And Windows, Mac, and Linux!)

Pay-what-you-want for these grand titles: BIT.TRIP BEAT, Fieldrunners, SpaceChem, and Uplink (tablets only)! And if you beat the average price, you also get the beautiful puzzle-platformer Spirits (debuting on Windows)!

Purchasing the bundle gets you instant access to Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android versions of all the games, many of which are making their Android and Linux debut! All the games are DRM-free, and you can redeem them on Steam as well. You can also donate a portion of your purchase to vital non-profits: the Child’s Play Charity and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Don't let the phone fool you, these games work great on Mac, Windows, and Linux and are redeemable on Steam and the Ubuntu Software Center as well! As a bonus, all of the soundtracks to the games are included in both MP3 and FLAC format.

The Humble Bundle for Android #3 will only be here for 14 days, so visit the site now and pick up this cross-platform bundle!

Sincerely,
Jeffrey Rosen

My posting of this (likesay, earlier than this one) has been marked as spam yet the later posted deal stays? I don't understand this site. Voted hot.

Unfortunately this one was posted first at 19.36... your thread was submitted at 19.40

Thanks both OPs - couldn't get Uplink to work properly on my tablet, says the screen is too small even though its a 7" and the game is clearly running in the background in all its glory, a shame as the other games weren't really my thing.

Hoping they get that issue fixed as Uplink is the sort of thing I'd play on a tablet, nice to see Introversion putting their stuff on Android as well....even if it doesn't work.

It did actually work on my N7 , after crashing 3 times , I kept tapping the screen whilst it loaded, as it seemed to be timing out, and its now fine :-)

Yeah, that's just Android to me. Takes me back 10-15 years to my PC gaming days when this didn't work and that didn't work and you had to run at this res using these drivers or launch using these settings and blah blah blah - most stuff I try on my tablet works I suppose, it just struck me as weird that the game was clearly running in the background, looked and sounded just like I remember Uplink too.

I'll possibly drop them an email, small group of devs and really nice guys - totally unrelated to Humble Bundle but Prison Architect on the Introversion site looks very interesting.:)

Think they shot themselves in the foot with that last bundle. Going to struggle to beat or even match it!

Would Uplink work on the Galaxy Note? Because that's the only game from this pack that I would really want to try but it says it isn't compatible with phones.

SpaceChem not compatible with galaxy S Plus.
Pity, tried the demo on Steam and liked it.

You get steam keys anywway so you can still play the PC versions even if you don't have the means of playing them on Android.

If you pay £0.01 then you're basically stealing money from a charity, as it costs them money to process the sale as well as the bandwidth you consume downloading the games. I love a bargain but this is stooping rather low.

Absolute rubbish. Even if they do lose money on your transaction, it's the humblebundle company losing money - not any charities. And if they decide to offer something for sale at a price that would lose them money, that's their own fault.

Bought, a little disappointed that two of the games don't work as yet but still a great deal.

No idea about most of the games but I paid 10p for Fieldrunners many months ago and it's a fun little game that has entertained my for many hours and kept me up very late at night. In fact I was playing it today on my Galaxy Note before completing a level and coming back onto the 'net.

I already have all of these games, from other bundles haha

Minimum Donation is $1 I believe, even if it's not come on give more than £0.01 that's just silly, also you can set the bar to full charity, developers or humble inc. or a mix.

One day, there will be another good Humble Bundle.

    But it's not today.

Nice to see that Callum9999 is proving that altruism is alive and well.
