Can anyone confirm who have bought this is this the 9100 3G (qwerty keypad) or the 9105 3G (a-z keypad) model?

Picture looks like 9105 3G (a-z keypad) model but product info claims qwerty model.

This site claims a 5 minutes to 1 hour service. 3 hours later i still have not unlock code

glad to see it works, cant really complain too much when it's free, but I can understand being a little annoyed as I'd want to play with it ASAP :) if it was my phone
