It feels better to slide than the n95 I had:?
#3
Quidco website states that

£5 for PAYG
£50 for monthly contract (per transaction, not per phone basis)
£30 for Home Starter Broadband, Home Max Broadband, Home Select Broadband
£20 for PAYM SIM cards

I guess it falls under PAYG, so price will possibly be £69.99

Anyone who bough reconditioned mobile before might confirm?
#4
Not sure if it will track as its through orange accessories. I did try it when i made the purchase but nothing has tracked yet.. Will let you know if I have any luck
#5
Avoid this mobile.

It has many known issues that have not been fixed by Nokia.

I've had one of these phones for about six months now, the phone is good however sometimes it turns itself off and the battery life is quite poor. i find myself charging it every 3 days or so. Apart from these issues i've had no other problems.
#7
I've got one of these phones too, had it since January and it's fantastic! But mines locked to Orange, which will soon be rectified! :x , I would say don't avoid the phone, just avoid Orange! They're ****!
#8
its a great phone and if u get 3 days battery life from a nokia that is good!!! most nokia only give u 2 days if ur lucky!!!

Just a fiver by Special Delivery if it weighs less than 500 grammes and £6.40 if over 500 grammes and under 1 kilo.

All Distance Selling gives at least 7 days to change your mind.

I have one of these phones and its absolute gash.Lucky to get 24 hours on a full charge, switches itself on and off at least a half dozen times a day.

Shame as without the faults its a good looking phone.

It does state on their website I thin kthey change the prices :x Stupid Orange. I sent them an email complaining, lets see what they say.

If we did return our orders postage costs would probably be high so not worth sending back.
#24
What the heck happened there!? Can someone delete my posts? Thanks.

LOL did you press enter a press too many times????

Why so many posts barneystuta ?

I agree with you on the postage..

Reconditioned i.e. lots of faulty returns!

Never a good sign when a retailer has a load of repaired faulty phones for sale.

Check out the issues with this phone before you buy, many unhappy users.

Reliability wise a refurb is usually a better bet than a new item, plus most of these are just 14 day return items, but I would avoid Orange refurbs as the last one I had was cosmetically damaged and covered in (what I hope was) chocolate. they'd made no effort to clean it up.
#29
BTW, when will they deliver the item if you place the order today? how long will it take before you receive the item?

Thats not true if you have a big company selling large numbers of phones and who provide contracts they are lightly to get a large number of returns for any phone :whistling:

Why do you think they have so many of these phones to sell at a low price?
Because people have them for a few days then return them due to the faults they develop.
This phone has many faults which leads to a high number of returns.
#34
I've got one of these phones too...battery life isn't great but it's not on a lot of new phones.

I've not had any problems with it other than if you remove the battery or it goes flat, it seems to reset the profile.

It does take fantastic photos and video and memory cards are dirt cheap for it.
#35
I've got this phone too, and whilst it has it's foibles, once you get over them the phone is great.

Problems:
1. The pin that tells the phone the back cover is on properly is not correctly shaped and so it loses the memorycard and resets the ringtone all the time......the cure is to bend the pin a tad (it's gold coloured and located just to the left of the memorycard as you look at it). Since I adjusted it slightly with a paperclip that problem has dissapeared.
2. Batterylife is very poor for such a modern phone. I get maybe 2 to 3 days out of mine, but find I recharge every night as battery useage is sporadic and inconsistent with calltime used (possibly programs don't shutdown as they should and so use up the battery in the background?).
3. Turns itself on and off ocassionally - annoying, but it only happens once in a while.

A great phone.

id avoid this phone ,mine is starting to act up now screen freezing all the time, menu getting slower and now the battery only last about a day,up until recently was three days.phone is six months old, gonna bin it soon!
#38
I have been on orange for 10 years, great price, but why do they insist on putting their terrible "home screen" on every phone, slowing it down? :x
banned#39
just to let you guys know the signal on this is RUBBISH, i have had it on 3 not sure how the signal is on orange though.
