The PC Line Transparent Labels are intended to be used for address labels. They can also be used for many other purposes.
The pack is made up of 36 sheets, each one containing 21 labels. All you have to do is set up your printer to start printing neat address labels.

so these are clear?? how can they be clear? am i missing something obvious? they have to be some sort of absorbent material surely? is paper clear?

likely for laser printers only I imagine.

They'll probably be more prone to the ink flaking off than normal labels too!

I use Avery clear labels - they are on a white backing paper.
The label itself is made of some sort of a plastic type material
They are great for messages in greeting cards (no more writing at Christmas) as the colour of the card shows through.
