I've had an acknowledgement email from them so hope to be receiving this soon
done. thank op
Cool I hope it works
The email said 'Just send your name and address via email, via our website and we will send you a location flag absolutely free'. The picture in the email is of the flag as you rightly say is priced at £19.99.
Says £19.99 online unless bought with an awning. Is there a code or anything you need to put in the email ?

Good deal if it pans out. Thanks.

They are only one size out (see below), but my 7s are never going to fit me:

UK 4½ 5 5½ 6 6½ 7
US 5½ 6 6½ 7 7½ 8

Has anyone bothered to contact the company about this? (I'm tempted, but for £3 I'd just like to find someone to give them to).
I'm sending mine back - as I can't find anyone who can make use of them.
Apparently they do free returns if you email them for a free returns label - I'm waiting for mine.
According to their facebook page, it seems that we are not the only ones with this 'problem'.

Thanks for the info-think I'll be doing the same.
Hmm, according to the badly composed reply to my email, they seem to think the boots ARE UK sizes:
Hi thank you for your email these are all uk sizes and simply check either the bottom or the inside label to see what size you have received, you of cause return details below, please note that some crazy weekly offers don't qualify for free returns if a unwanted item;
RETURNS

You can return your item/s within 14 day of receipt for any reason for a full item credit or exchange (excluding postage) item must be in original condition including original packaging and paper work. Items outside the 14 days may still be able to be returned but you must contact us first. If items are returned outside the 14 days without permission or in poor or used condition items will not be accepted, Refunds on unwanted item will incur the out ward bound postage cost at £8 per box. For free returns label please go to http://www.peak-outdoors.co.uk and click on the return tab on the front page please note return label only valid for 7 days after receipt of goods must be within UK mainland only excludes awnings and tents return labels used after the 7 days will also be charged at £8 per box.

Hmm, sounds like they're going to try and say that these are just 'unwanted' rather than 'incorrectly sized', so they don't have to pay for the return postage. If I had the impetus for a fight, I'd go for it, as we're in the right, but for £3 it's not worth my aggrivation. I have emailed them, so I'll let you know if I get the same response. Good luck to you if you're going for the refund.

Perfect valentines day present too!
Regardless of whether this is useful or not, I personally like that you can see lots of different views of it on the seller's web page so you can make up your own mind. Very useful when making the crucial buy/not buy decision.
simes
Its cheap because its pointless.
A piece of wood would do the same job and better as you could have a larger square to spread the weight. You ought to have a few squares of wood to use for the corner steadies to spread the weight on soft ground anyway.

I always like the caravaners mentality of not buying the custom made product and preferring to make a cheaper alternative out of wood and bits of string.
I am rubbish at DIY so I have bought one of these and left the bits of wood in the garage.
very interesting! haha:p
Yup, all the weight should be be on the wheels and the jockey. You take a risk of warping the frame of the caravan relying on the steadies. Now who's the Muppet ;)
