Also what the hell is he drinking, it looks like a posh bottle of vinegar in his hand!

I like a man that speaks his mind. :-D

Now it might just be me but.... this 'santa' picture will no doubt be offensive to someone http://yeehahsmileys.com/smilies/rolleye0014.gif so I'm guessing that one of the very helpful Mods will be along shortly remove it.

Of course we'll be offered a full explanation of their reasons.... Oh look.....

Love ales, heat and rep

why do people pay more for awful tasting stuff e.g foster's, carling, stella rather than buying a decent, cheaper beer or even cheaper ale

Uneducated taste buds and susceptibility to brand advertising.

What could possibly be offensive about displaying an image that encourages impressionable people to think that alcohol abuse (the leading cause of premature death in this country) is acceptable, normal behaviour?

Judging by the inference (that those who question the positive reinforcement of alcohol abuse are troublemakers) I suppose you must be a strong advocate of social conformity yourself?

Of course, if the guy had a needle hanging out of his arm.....

Anybody here work in A&E?

I loved this deal last time, and I'm glad its come round again! Also, the "Bishop's Finger" (lol) Kentish Strong Ale is heavy stuff at 5.4%!
#29
...Where has he had a bishops finger?

Cheers Hermanjelmet.

Just got myself a couple of cases of "The Goblin", but not sure how much of it will last until the big day!
My sister , who now lives in Northern France, has been in England for the last couple of days on a pre Christmas visit. I found it very ironic it was such a good deal, that she took a half a dozen cases of "The Goblin" & The Finger" back home with her to France - my my how times have changed!!!!!!
