Perfect Sit Up BHS on special £47.96, but only £36.45 until midnight Wed 11/7/12 free delivery
I've had the Perfect Sit Up on my wishlist for a while but at £59.95 its a lot to pay as I'm not sure how much I'll use it in reality! The reviews of it on Amazon are really good but the cheapest I've seen it is £48.
BHS have an offer on until midnight today, Wed 12/7/12, for 24% off everything. I looked up the Perfect Sit-up bar & it said 20% off but I thought that at £48 & free delivery I could also order a necklace in the sale that I wanted. I got to checkout & the Perfect Sit-up was less 20%, then less a further 24% to £36.45! Bargain! Please note the £3.99 delivery charge doesn't disappear until the 2nd checout page, but It does go!
The Perfect Sit-up even gives out an audible ‘click’ when you have engaged your abdominals properly to tell you that you have just completed the Perfect Sit-up! Set also include owners manual and guide, guide to healthy eating and a exercise wall chart.
•Includes hand grips and neck support
•Easy to store - Hangs in the wardrobe
•Foot straps to ensure a secure fit

Sit-ups aren't the best excercise for abs. You'll only see the abs if you lose weight, so there are no shortcuts I'm afraid. If you want to tone them up, try bicycle crunches, leg raises & oblique crunches. That way you're hitting all the muscles.
Best to save your cash, put in a little effort & treat yourself to something nice from the money you've saved from not buying this false hope. ;)
Get your body fat nearer 10% and your abs will start to show! No need for endless crunches and sit ups!
Sit ups are one of the biggest wastes of time ever. Anyone buying this ask yourself a few things... do you want visible abs, do you want to lose weight? This will do neither!!! You will never build up enough intensity of it to burn calories on it for a start, and as for visible abs.. they come from your diet more than your training, hence why you see stacks of skinny 16yr old lads walking round in summer with abs and zero muscle.
