#9
They have them in store too.
Give your local store a bell, thats how I got mine.....

:-)
#10
I wouldn't even entertain one.
Every DAB radio I've had has had reception problems if you stand near the aerial.
Roll back to good old AM transistors!
#11
got mine for the car.

great unit

have a pure in the kitchen, main station I listen to. I have to listen on FM due to bad reception , but rock music galore on DAB

DAB is FAIL !

It is certainly too expensive, both compared to FM and to Freeview. But unfortunately it is the only way to get Planet Rock - and that is worth it in my taste.

+1

... apart from the AC/DC and Nicky Horne

DAB reception is really sensitive to signal level though, I doubt if these handhled units are up to much. SWMBO's Intempo PG-01 had really good reception upstairs in our house on BBC7 ( her) and Planet Rock ( me). Virtually no bubbling mud ever. Moved it downstairs into the kitchen, BBC7 still fine, but PR breaks up into bubbling mud every time I go within 6 foot of the darned thing. I've tried various Heath Robinson lengths of wire clipped onto the antenna in various directions, no better though.

Great, this is just what I need to listen to BBC 6 Music.....
#17
I wanted one for the gym which is ground floor with windows to the outside, but the FM reception is useless in there so I suppose DAB would be non existant ????? :x
#18
It arrived and it is a very good buy for the money

not worth £69
Think there having a laugh with that price
