does this stuff actually work?

I've used it successfully as the rats were getting crafty taking chocolate off baited traps not setting them off.

The Amazon reviews are very positive as well :)

This bait should only ever be used with a proper and lockbale bait station such as the Procter Pest-Stop Rat Bait Station.

Not too keen on rat poison here - neighbours are using it and we have had to date 1 dead badger & two dead foxes in our garden.
we are using electromagnetic plug in thingys x 3 and now have zero rats in the attic & garage, Had the ratcatcher out every month for years until I discovered them.

oh and the best bait we used when on snap shut rat traps was bread & margerine with peanutbutter and jam on it with the bread pushed down on to the spikes of the trap. Gave up on poison when a few died in the cavity walls and the smell came through in to the airing cupboard and bathroom.

yea, i got one of those plug in things which emmits a frequency which the mice/rats dont like so i leave it on in the kitchen every night. I also have one of those electric boxes which you put 4 AA batteries (i use rechargable ones) and put some bait such as peanut butter (chunky is what they like... so ive heard) and chocolate spread. worked fine for the first few times but they got smart. Another great thing i have used is a sticky pad.... highly adhesive glue traps which u peel of the protective backing and leave in strategic places with bait and hey presto you got your self a mouse/rat....... just need someone to put them in a bag and throw them away.

I've got 2 cats. Never seen a live rat in my house but they keep me regularly updated on how big the population in our neighbourhood is; not many around just now.

Pest-Stop PR-3000 Professional Ultrasonic and Electromagnetic Pest Repeller

this is the one I buy - it's the electromagnetic that does it - the ultra sonic is only ok when no physical obstructions eg junk in the loft/doors
