Good price for petrol. It'd be good if it got back to under £1 again. Heat added :-) xx

Not in the Warrington / Manchester area of the country.

This must surely be a mistake, or just plain wrong?

the cheapest in the country yesterday was 107.9 for unleaded. How can they be selling it at 100.9? I want photographic proof! :D

Thanks for putting it back up Premier and the name mention.- I went at 7.50am and managed to fill my other car up this morning :-D There was only one other car there. I am very very surprised that they didnt shut it down last night to ammend the price after one of the other members rang them to check the price :x

The proof is the members in Chelmsford that have already done well from the price error. Me included. :w00t:

Chuffed at £120.9 a litre. Who would have thought this a year ago...crazy money.

Veggies best  (and 90p a litre if you shop around).

Nice price, Lets keep hoping that the prices keep dropping elsewhere. 107.9 is cheapest in Swansea I hear at Morrisons.

PetrolPrices.com are always a few days late in updating as they rely on the individual stations.

They are just buttering you up before the £2/ltr kicks in at Christmas

Any chance of you getting an earlier flight?

BTW, You should read up on the oil price issues in Oz too... exactly the same as here.
#23
Yes they do have price increases too but in Brit money, it's still cheaper. If you are taking a lot of wonga out there you'll be OK for a while till you start living on the wages there. Good luck, great country.

I will give you the weather but Oz are being hit really hard by increased fuel prices as many are dependant on long journeys as part of life. Fuel is also very expensive there. The idea that fuel in the UK is the most expensive in the world is absurd (except for diesel we are pretty close to the top for that).

its 80-90p per litre so is much cheaper than here. Plus cost of living is less than here so less wages evens itself out from what i've read.

I am still getting mine my diesel at around 62p.

Its weird though. Its like the colour of blood ;)

Wheres that from?

Do companies not do this with there own fuel to be able to tell whether its being stolen from them or not? ;)

So is there anywhere else doing this deal or is it just chelmsford?? Is it a misprice??
#29
red diesel = for agriculture, etc.... If he puts it in anything other than his tractor / forklift truck there would be issues :-)

Yes it seems a misprice. Last night they shut all the pumps down for a short while and it looked like they were going to correct it, but they were back open this morning at the same price.

Seems so many people doubting if this is true. I have the reciept in my pocket, will try and scan it later when i get home. Will be going past the garage at 12 lunchtime so will report back if its still on.

Well, you'll have also read that the tax free allowance is about half that in the UK so you'll be paying tax on more of your income. Also, chances are your tax will be 30% rather than 20% in the UK.

And, also, if these things even themselves out then surely if "This country has gone crazy " then so has Oz!?

I'd like to go to Oz to work for a year or two. Unfortunately my wife isn't as keen. However, reasons are nothing to do with finances but because of this awful british weather, experience and possibly a more enjoyable lifestyle.

Did you now?

Funny then how the price has now been corrected to 109.9p as reported by Wongo and confirmed by my source.

I understand at least one other pump is now out of action (empty I wouldn't be surprised), and that the non-working pumps still show the lower price.

Btw, Diesel is now 121.9p at this store.
