My apologies I thought it was a cheap bialetti knockoff but the company have been copying bialetti since 1940 :D

Do you view it to be dangerous to your health?

Yes that is my concern, especially when high temperature is involved

Good price, and I love this type of coffee, but stainless steel Bialetti for me. It is more expensive, but easy to get spares for, so should last forever(ish).

What 'type' of coffee do you use in it?

I think the objection is based on health concerns from using aluminium, rather than it's strength or ability to make coffee.

But surely coffee makes everything better, no?! ;)
