The product itself is £99

Code 'TDX-PKJK' is worth £20 off a £100 shop from "qualifying electronics"

Therefore the cheapest item you can add to take the total over £100 and qualify for the discount is the Tesco E122 Printer Ink Cartridge which costs £1.43

£99+£1.43 (filler product) makes £100.43 and take off the £20 and you're left with £80.43 to pay.

(Of course you could spend a few pounds more and pick a filler item you actually WANT - the above is just the cheapest combination that looks like it will work)

Am looking for something like this but would ideally like 2or 3 hdmi slots and a USB, want to hook up xbox one, wii, and a streamer of some description (maybe a chromecast)

Looks good for the price, hot

Thanks for going to so much trouble, Genki.

good price, but its not like people can actually tell the difference between 720P and 1080P
heat added just because the price is so low
#7
ideal for kid's bedroom being used with an Xbox.

maybe no on a tiny 20" screen, but you can on 32"+ (also depends on source)

anyone that buys this, bear in mind it is basically a low resolution standard PC monitor....

if you get stuck, use a HDMI switch. i have a cheap one (£5) and it auto changes source depending on what is turned on, so hardly have to touch it (it did get stuck on one source the other day and i had to use the remote to change it)

This, a cheap HDMI switch of some sort, and a Now TV box in one of the many recent deals like the Currys one should come to around £100 total and give a nice little setup.

Hot price, never understand why the smaller sets are relatively more expensive than the 32in plus TVs.

Hot price, but just to say I bought one of these last week, plugged it and tuned it.
It lasted less than 10 minutes before locking up and refusing to respond to the remote.

Glad I tested it, as it was going to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Returned for a refund and I am unsure if I would give another one ago.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I am starting to think about getting something with a 5 year warranty from either John Lewis or Richer Sounds.

How about this?

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/2757681.htm

I have an Amex so I'd be due a £25 credit back...

And aren't Argos giving away a £10 voucher if you get a purchase over £100?

Not my area of expertise... can someone point out why I shouldn't buy this LG? :)
