  got the 3880/05 which is not blue ray but upscaled normal dvd and usb for flash drive films.,,,,, fantastic piece of kit

  NO! HD DVD is the betamax of the bluray world. Asda have got this wrong. It DOES NOT play back hd dvd. It has got itself confused in calling a hd divx movie put on to a cd/dvd a hd dvd. Then again some refer to a blu ray disc as a hd disc. Google this model and go onto the Philips website and check out the specs. If Asda cannot get the specs correct I am voting cold. Anyway other bluray players on around that are branded makes and are cheaper.

  Got one of these and it seems great. Plays mkv downloaded films real good aswell.
