  For £80 more try Philips 32PFL7962 which has Ambilight and perfect Pixel 2 HD for excellent SD and HD image

  Ehadz perhaps if you explain the problem you had with Empire Direct then potential buyers will be in a better position to decide if they want to purchase from ED.
  
  I had a positive experience with them although I've seen reports that their customer service is poor.

  There stock system is a joke and does not update live. Also they give priority over telephone orders even when items have already been ordered throught the net earlier by someone else. The worst thing is they take payment at point of order and are very slow to refund. They tend to leave misprices on for a long time especially at weekends. Their delivery times are shocking on some items as they do not carry stock and must have deals with the manufacturers so they buy in bulk when enough have been ordered. I think most will agree with this.Please google Empire direct reviews, there are quite a lot of bad ones out there.

  I have been a victim of the non-realtime stock updates, when they had a few Apple Macs on at a special price. However, I must say that their telephone CS was very good and I got an immediate refund (IIRC the refund may actually have come through before the payment itself was debited). I do, however, agree that it is a lottery whether the order will be fulfilled.
