Now to the TV
Wow!
Direct lit LED TV so its bright and amazing picture quality and better sound than most others i've heard such as those Blaupunkt imo

Just my opinion, was £350 so saving £90 i guess

Nice design, slim bezel looks very stylish
All in all i think its worth the £260!
Grab one while you can

BUY A NOW TV 3 MONTHS ENTERTAINMENT BOX WITH THIS TV FOR £6.50
ALL TOGETHER £266.49 :)

Im not too sure about the Toshiba brand though tbh, I dunno i guess either TV is good and Philips provide a 2 Year manufacturers warranty on all their TV's. But the Philips TV design is way better looking for me, just drawed me in. Looks fab!

I have this TV and paid the full price about 4 months ago... Worth the full price and would definitely recommend buying it at this price if it is what you are looking for. Quick to turn on, looks great on the wall, light, not bulky, and only a minor detail but the remote looks neat and not cheap like you tend to get with more expensive brands like Samsung or Panasonic.

gets 45% and don't buy rating on which. Was interested up to that point
Summary
- Mediocre picture and sound quality, terrible to use, limited features
#10
i couldnt justify a new TV purchase atm what with prices comming down and specs getting better

With that philosophy you'd never buy any Tech.

Voted hot at this price but not for me, will get a Sony 40" 605 or 42" 705 in new year
#15
philips ain't what they used to be, think i recall them selling off their tv division to some Chinese company some time ago

Bout time Argos did longer warranties
#17
Would need to be Freebies HD to be hot. Seems fair for the price though.

Philips and Hitachi, both used to do great TV's - Showing my age

Argos need to jump on the free 5 year guarantee bandwagon! X)
