 I didn't realise that was normal practice for pixmania. I bought a projector from them a while back, though i picked mine up from their shop in fulham. They said "You'll probably be needing these" and gave me two plug convertors. Plus if i have any problems with customer service, you can go down there and give them stick in person.

Its not exactly a problem, theres no voltage differences or anything.

I got a LG plasma from them recently for my sister, and all I did was give her a spare kettle pc lead I had hanging around.

Plus all the warranties are EU based so no problem there...

On a seperate note I personally wouldn't go for this phillips plasma
