Philips BDP2700/05 Blu-ray and DVD player. HDMI Upscaling technology enhances standard DVDs to full 1080P high definition. Also plays back downloaded DIVX movies.

This is out of stock on Asda website, found 4 or 5 items in the local Asda store.

Bought one yesterday from Asda in Bideford, (North Devon)

There was a few left!

Bought one in Hartlepool today. There were still a couple on the shelf afterwards.

They weren't with the other bd and dvd players, though - they were on the end of a row elsewhere in the shop...

1) With no disc in drive, bring the player out of standby.
2) press number keys "1389310"

Now enjoy a region free player.
you dont need to mod it for mkvs it just plays them from the box
