Yes, although that is a banned merchant so link removed. Thanks.
Approximately 8 hours life from 6xAA alkaline batteries according to the manual. Not great really.
Mains or batteries.
Just Wondered If Anyone has this and the Halfords deal on the AE5010/05
would only use on mains, looking at the spec except for size they are the same on output but wondered on sound if this has a better bass response - Any Info Appreciated from someone who has both - have read refviews here

Why are they banned, just out of curiosity? They've got 5322 feedback, 99.8% of that positive, and the detailed seller ratings are about as high as you could get.
I ordered one from them for £19.99 on Friday, it was sent, no postage charge, the same day via DPD (a very decent carrier), and it will be with me tomorrow. Can't really get much better than that, can it? :)
It may make little difference in reality if you accept the arguments about the impact of reduced bit-rate transmissions on DAB sound quality.
No, that's not the point at all, the point is to cram as many low bitrate stations into as small a spectrum as possible, oh, and sell off the rest of the frequency for as much as possible.

yeah that's the more cynical version which might be true, but hope my version of the story i.e. better quality sound, come out on top :p

.... and so manufacturers can have the chance of ripping everybody off for a new generation of radios. DAB rafios have been overpriced for years
