Sorry, forgot to check the fitting. Deffo bayonete but I don't know about ES.

If only my pic had included some of the boxes! Perhaps someone else will post a followup

I bet they are bayonet. You can get them quite cheap, but the screw ones those for some reason are always more expensive and in my house for some reason 90% of them are screw arrrrrrrrrggghhhh :x

just been in and checked. Bayonette. Damn you Bayonette fitting!!! ;)

all of the ones I need are e27-edisons.....

Managed to get screw and bayonet in the Morrisons 6 for 48p, so same price of 8p per bulb,. Came in a range of watt varieties.

Well, if you all bought British light fittings, rather than euro ones then you wouldn't have this problem...:roll:

On a serious note, I'm surprised Lidl actually sell the proper British ones at all.

I saw this in my local lidls today too. They only had bayonet fitting 11w (60w to us old fashioned folk!) Great deal I thought.
