Quite fancied giving this a shot but seems to be very limited stock with none within 150 miles. Still a good deal for those who can get it.

Actifry is great, because you can see at a glance when the food is cooked through the transparent cover. There have been some Actifrys which have caught fire, but mine's been fine so far!

If you look around, you can get the Actifry for a similar amount.

The 1kg one was £99.99 on amazon the other day, back up to £118 now, you've got to just keep checking...

Airfryer. Or as normal people call it, An Oven.

I have an Actifry and love it, worth every penny, not sure what these are like, But heat added for the price as know my friend was looking at these the other day for £150.

I was kinda tempted until I watched the video on the link. The chips they cooked with it look pretty much icky..

Dont be tempted n buy this. Absolute rip off. Returning mine to Amazon. It`s too small and it`s bulky esp for small/ med kitchen. Remember me when u buy n realise how bad of a prurchase it is. GUARANTEED. NB: Call it patronise or what ever you learned from the British Society or school.

I thought(read reviews on Reevoo) that the tefal Actifry took like 30-40mins to make chips?

Airfryer - because coating sliced potatoes in olive oil, placing them on a baking tray and chucking them in the oven is just so much damn effort.

Absolutely lovely results. Everything is very crispy, including frozen and fresh chips, nuggets, scampi, chicken and a whole host of different recipes in the enclosed recipe book. Very quick too.

save your money and get a normal fryer, providing you heat the fat to
the correct temperature, change oil on a regular basis, drain whatever
you have cooked on kitchen paper then frying the traditional way will
be no more unhealthy than using one of these crap new devices

Bought one of these from Amazon, the food was mediocre and itdidn't cook regular pieces of chicken well. I returned mine for a refund as part of the 28 day money back deal they were doing. The refund came promptly and with no issues so I can't fault that. Not sure if this Argos one has the 28 day trial, extremely hot if it does, otherwise, meh.

Was going to get one of these but reading people's comments I'm unsure now, I have a normal fryer and chnage the oil and drain of kitchen towel but this method has to be better for you, but don't want to go down this route if the food is just OK as my chips are awesome, well so the mrs says anyway.
