Apparently a discontinued line even though the shelf sticker advertises as a new product. There is a load in Colchester Highwoods store, not sure if anywhere else.

FAO Newcastleutd

They are quite low down on the shelfs with the other shavers in a fairly feminine aisle opposite the electrical enquiries desk.

Excellent bargain. None in my area, though.

I bought it for about 9pounds in boots a month ago.

Ideal for using as a cheap Remington Fuzzaway*

*An ingenious device for removing bobbles from clothes for the younger posters out there.
#10
goes through batteries at a ridiculous rate, not the best razor but for the price its ideal for travelling
#11
its so tiny and hardly does the job it is suppose to do!!!

Maybe the Fuzzaway would be a better option!

No it doesnt ! 2AA batteries last at least 2 weeks daily use. I use high power rechargeable ones and it lasts a month before recharge !
Agree that these dont give a close shave but ideal for people like me who wants the stubble look.
Best battery /travel shaver out there

I bought one of these once, was £5-10 from Argos and was brown. It sucks.
Is it worth £1.50? I wouldn't buy it again.
#16
Ho bliss another 1 off deal only to be found in 1 store in the uk. Please post more of these on a national deal website wont you.
#17
Does me fine, just need to make sure I don't let my stubble get to any length
but then I only need to shave every 2/3 days
#18
£1.50 cant go wrong, not great for everyday use but i keep 1 in the glovebox just incase i dont have time to shave before i leave the house
#19
I can shave okay with 13p Sainsbury's Basics razors, so this doesn't appeal to me. I didn't vote.

Instore only deals should be banned, its not like anyone else is going to find it anyway....

Title states "Instore only", so why view the thread if you've got no hope of getting one

They shoudn't be voted hot or cold without visiting a store to check on availability.

bought one of these a couple of weeks ago (after being aware of amazon reviews http://www.amazon.co.uk/Philishave-Micro-Battery-Rotary-Shaver/dp/B0000VH8RM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=beauty&qid=1232763589&sr=8-2) in boots in the west end, london when there for a few days break. paid about a tenner and tbh, it does a very good job. i only need to shave a few times a week (unem****1ngployed) but very good for me and defo much better value if you compare the price of a couple of AA's to that of new blades for "proper" razors. heat/rep

Found 3 left at Lowestoft Tesco but when I went to the checkout they would not scan as they 'weren't on the system' so they could not sell them to me.:?

These things are great, I have a £75+ phillips electric shaver and it is the biggestwaste of money - it just can not cut my stubble, and it took 25 mins to get every bit off.

I needed a shaver ad hoc one day, got this from boots for £10. It was amazing!! 3 minutes and I was clean shaven!

It is nearly cheaper to buy a few hundred of these and dispose of once battery dead, than get new batteries for it!! (Not that I would do that mind you)

Heat added.
