Plus £4.79/£11.50 delivery for everyone too far to collect.

It's a good kit price, but after factoring delivery in, I think I'll wait for BT Shop to have another sale. They drop the kit down to £125. Not sure if they charge for delivery though.

Edit: BT charge £3.49 for standard delivery

It's enough to make you hue and cry.

How bright are the Hue bulbs? I have WeMo in the lounge and they are pretty dim, not sure if the remote control convenienece is worth it with the reduced brightness. On the plus side, WeMo starter kit was only £45 including hub and two bulbs.

Depends on type of the lamp and selected colour or white temperature, you can check exact lumens on Hue site. Spots are about 250 lumens, normal bulbs - about 900 lumens.
