The LivingColors Mini lamp contains 3 light emitting diodes (LEDs). 1 red, 1 blue and 1 green. Each one can be increased and reduced to achieve a total of 256 different colour combinations.

These mini lamps were £99.99 when they first came out. A friend of mine has one and i must say it does look VERY impressive in their living room at night.

Remote control, millions of colours range, they look better and are twice as bright.

Well the one i saw was generation 1 and it looked amazing. For £49.99 i think its a cracking price. The 'millions' of colours is somewhat of a gimmick Imo. I mean come on this has 256 colours - How many does one want? :)

Agreed, as if the human eye could even detect between such subtle nuances of '256 colours', let alone millions - it's got to be the TINIEST difference in shade for most of these 'different' colours!

got the series one large one and a mini and want another larger version for our new kitchen. thanks op checked the amazon link and didnt even know about the automatic color phase that they do.... so now got the mini one cycyling through its colours in the kids playroom
