I'm sure this has probably been this price before, though cheapest I could find on a quick search was in Ebay for £89.99

This is generally this price on Amazon. I love the look of it but am put off by the fact it is a non-replaceable bulb.

Last time i looked at this,. it was in the £90's. I know the prices go up and down

it's worth checking your local B&Q as these were still £65 there but a few days ago...

£75 for coloured lights on your walls?

Get me some cellophane sweet wrappers and a torch dear...
#6
None of my local stores have them in B&Q which sucks. They discontinued with B&Q, hence why the price drop.

Managed to get one of these for £30 when B&Q were having a clear out, was hidden at the back of the clearance lighting. Looks really good but not sure I would pay full price for one.

16 million sweet wrappers? Your dental bills must be horrendous ;-)

I do think these are overpriced though and by some accounts aren't very bright. They've been available for ages but they don't seem to have been improved with better led lamp tech or come down much in price. If they were sub £50 I might buy one. I have looked into DIY hacking something up with one of these http://www.bigclive.com/rgbcont.htm but I have about a million "important" things to do first and I don't how I would integrate a remote control.

Agreed, £50 would be a price I would consider buying at.

I have this lamp and love it... I paid about £70 on amazon but that was when I had a disposable income...

Really nice lamps. I got one on Amazon about a year ago for £65 I think. Really liked it and wanted more but not at a higher price.

Then got another 3 at B&Q a few weeks ago for £37 each or so :)

The big ones with remote are excellent.
