Hi all,
I was in two minds whether to post this or not as I would imagine stock will be very limited (I had the only/last one in Stroud), but a few peeps might be able to find one so I think it's worth a shout...

Anyways, I found this on the clearance isle near the electronics and toiletries depts.

Details from the Tesco Direct site, which is still priced @ £67.53:

http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.200-1782.aspx

This Philips shaver needs 8 hours of charging to provide 30 minutes of shave time and also has a charging indicator to let you know when it's time to recharge. This shaver comes with a charging stand and protection cap and is suitable for use in the shower.

The cheapest price other than this I think is from Amazon @ £42 posted by RedOnRed here:

Good luck in finding one!

the current amazon prices are good but they happen a few times a year - someone also said they were cheap on superdrug but dont know about that.

Cant beat a open (cut throat) razor for "personal grooming":w00t:

Kidding the open razor never goes below the neck, for that a beard trimmer and then a normal decent safety razor would be best, the philips one would snag ya shorties and bring a quick tear to the eye!

i want one :-(

WOW, a genuine bargain if can be found!

Insane price for an excellent shaver (all Philishaves are, IMHO). I'm comforted by the fact that there are probably fewer of these available than there were cheap netbooks the other week (but I'll still be checking tomorrow!)

I have this one, the missus got it for me for xmas last year.

Got to say I am not a fan as it leaves your face feeling red raw. I had to take one for the team and use it for a while so the missus didn't take offence.

Painful (for me anyway) but a very good price for this if it suits your skin-type. Good find!

Same here, thought the philishave was gonna pull my face off. . . sacked it for a Braun, which has been excellent . . . Not hammering the philips, but I guess I am incompatible with rotary shavers

yup. these are goddam awful. took mines back for refund.

What i love about this site is the fact that only the OP got one yet its 200+ degrees why is this a hot deal rocking horse **** would be found easier than one of these the rules to this site should be that if its not a nationwide offer or mistake then it shouldn't be allowed Ive phoned 10 stores and non of them had a clue what i was talking about they said it was probably one store with 1 or 2 old stock or some plonker putting the wrong reduced label on so this is cold and should be expired.

By the way my local shop is selling 4x HP beans for 99p come on folks that must be worth a 1000c as I'm the only person that will get them because its a local shop with 8 cans left.
#18
Reduce to clear is store specific only and if it was the last one at your store then I highly doubt there will be any others at this price. It's like me posting some 10p rice I got the other week from reduce to clear fridge =o

Cold for me =\
#19
yes i have a philips shaver not this one but the one next price down from it and i got to admit i rather use a mach, rips most of your hairs out and you end up with a rash, mach then buy some nivea after shave balm to use after prob cheaper as well.

I too have this and agree that it does seem to leave you feeling red raw. It also doesn't do a great job of getting rid of the hairs, hence why leaving you red raw as you have to keep going over them to get rid. Still, at that price it's a steal.
#21
Are you guys using the Nivea Moisturising stuff while shaving? When you do, it glides over your face and is good for me. It leaves skin red if you press it in to your face, just let it glide over and works well IMO.

Bargain

Amazing deal for a brilliant shaver if you can find one
